Description
This course will help you understand what it takes to become a Project Manager and to become better and more efficient at the role. The Project Manager has a particularly important role in the company. Because they are responsible for managing all aspects of a project. This includes looking at the entire project rather than just their own area. They also make sure that deadlines are met and that the project is delivered within budget while also trying to ensure that the Owner’s expectations are met. The Project Manager has many tasks to accomplish, but this is an exciting position for someone who likes to multitask and needs a little bit of autonomy. A Project Manager ensures that the team is working on the right tasks at any given time and that they are meeting deadlines. The role of a Project Manager is to identify risks and find ways to mitigate them before it becomes too late.
